Yard Person + Forklift Operator

YARDPERSON AND FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Our client is one of Australia’s most respected national freight and logistics service providers and they are currently seeking an experienced Yard person & Machine Operator who presents as a confident multi focused individual.

The Role:

• Assisting with Daily yard hand tasks and duties
• Operate Forklifts and occasionally HR Civil Vehicles to safely support day-today on-site operations
• Provide basic support to the site as an induvial and a valuable team member
• Monitor stock and equipment within the yard
• Manual Labouring and ADHOC site duties
• Willing to be trained in different areas of the operation
• General site housekeeping and minor record keeping
• Strong communicator and committed to all safety regulations are being adhered too

Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
• High Risk Forklift Licence (Required)
• HR Licence (Desirable)
• Civil Operating tickets (Desirable)
• National Police Clearance & ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol.
